Living Areas

The main feature of the open plan living room, dining room and kitchen are the floor-to-ceiling windows and patio doors. The living room has a wood burning stove, but the whole house is heated with underfloor heating with individual room controls. The fully-fitted designer kitchen is luxurious black gloss with oak worktops. An integrated dishwasher, American style Fridge Freezer with filtered water and ice maker; separate wine cooler fridge and Belling Range cooker complete the perfect kitchen for entertaining or cooking for a large family.

We also provide a complimentary welcome pack on arrival which varies but usually contains: fresh farm eggs, bread, milk, cheese, confectionary, pate, fruit, oatcakes, and shortbread.

The dining table seats 8 people comfortably and affords views in both directions.

There is also a Sun Lobby with PC and desk, (with broadband internet coming soon).

Utility room – large sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also outdoor drying space. Separate hall and WC too.
